Types of loans and credit facilities:

• Acqusition and Development Loan. Finance the acquisition and development of real estate for a commercial development.
• Construction Line of Credit. Finance the construction of commercial real estate for developers and investors.
• "Mini-Perm" Term Loan. Interim financing for completed structures. Loan terms of up to five years, with amortizations of up to twenty years.
• Permanent Term Loan. Long-term financing available for selected types of commercial real estate.
• Letter of Credit. Used as credit enhancement for certain types of industrial development bonds and community development loans.
