4/1/2005 - Palmer Norris Center

BIRMINGHAM - Capital South Bank has opened their newly renovated operations center and community center at 1209 Decatur Highway in the North Jefferson area. The joint operations and community center will be named the Palmer Norris Center. Palmer "Pete" Norris is a founding director of the bank having joined the board in 1975. Pete has served both as an attorney and a judge in the Gardendale community and is married with one son.

Capital South Bank recently built a new building next door, turning the original bank building on Decatur Highway into both an operations center for the bank and a community center for the city of Fultondale. The Palmer Norris Center community room will be open beginning May 2005 for the public to use and is available at no cost for meetings and receptions.
