12/20/2005 - CapitalSouth Bancorp Declares Cash Dividend

Birmingham, Al - December 20, 2005 - The CapitalSouth Bancorp board of directors has declared a $.10 per share dividend on the company's stock.  The dividend is payable on January 18, 2006 to shareholders of record on January 3, 2006.
